Where do you ship?

Currently, my shop only ships within the United States.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

All items are shipped from New York. Orders are typically processed and handed off to the mail carrier within 3-5 business days.

Which carrier do you use, and how can I track my package?

I ship all orders via USPS. As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on the official USPS website to monitor your package's progress and see your estimated delivery date.

How are my items protected during transit?

I take great care in packaging! Comics are shipped in protective cellophane bags and bubble mailers ensure they remain flat and dry. Magna Ax cases are shipped in cellophane sleeves and bubble mailers to prevent scuffs or cracks.

When will my package arrive once it's shipped? 

While I get orders out the door quickly, please keep in mind that once a package is handed off to USPS, the delivery speed is determined by the postal service. Using your tracking number is the best way to stay updated on its journey to you!

Can I return or exchange an item? 

All sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

What if my item arrives damaged or is incorrect? 

If your Item is damaged or does not match the description, or is of unacceptably poor quality, don't hesitate to get in touch with me within 14 business days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so I can arrange a replacement for you.

Can I cancel my order. 

Orders can be canceled as long as they have not shipped. Please reach out via email or contact form immediately, before you receive your shipping confirmation email. ​​​
